The Aureum is a boutique hotel that seamlessly blends modern luxury with the cultural heritage of Udaipur. Situated on a 60 x 60 corner plot in the heart of the walled city, the hotel’s design maximizes the stunning views of Udaipur’s City Palace to the north and the bustling cityscape to the east.

This project embodies a balance of elegance and functionality, offering a serene escape for guests while maintaining a strong connection to the vibrant culture and architectural context of Udaipur.

Key Design Highlights

1.Guest Rooms with Scenic Views:

•The hotel features 32 guest rooms, predominantly north-facing, providing guests with unparalleled views of the City Palace.

•East-facing rooms offer panoramic views of the cityscape.

•Interiors are minimalist, incorporating clean lines, natural materials, and a muted color palette to create a tranquil retreat.

•Large windows allow ample natural light, ensuring a bright yet private ambiance.

2.Striking Entrance Design:

•A double-height reception area greets guests at the corner of the plot, featuring 17-foot arched openings that enhance the grandeur of the exterior and create an inviting atmosphere inside.

3.Rooftop Amenities:

•A luxurious swimming pool on the rooftop offers a serene escape with breathtaking panoramic views of the city.

•The rooftop space also accommodates a fine-dining restaurant, designed with elegant interiors to complement the hotel’s overall aesthetic.

4.Dining Experience:

•The fine-dining restaurant provides a curated menu of local and international cuisines, served in a refined, minimalist setting.

5.Architectural Style:

•The building reflects a contemporary approach, enriched with architectural elements inspired by Udaipur’s heritage and design traditions.

•Double-height arches and open facades connect the hotel to the city’s historic charm while ensuring a modern and luxurious experience for guests.
