This elegant three-storey residence is a harmonious blend of contemporary minimalism and classical architectural elements. Designed with a focus on natural light, ventilation, and a connection to nature, the home reflects timeless design principles while integrating modern living requirements.

Strategically positioned on a south-facing plot, the house maximizes natural light while minimizing heat gain. A large tree at the front and surrounding greenery enhance the microclimate, providing shade, cooling, and a serene ambiance.
